                            ISRAR Ali 1927-2016



Former PAKISTANI Test cricketer Israr Ali born on 1 May 1927 in Jullundar, which is known as  JALANDAR now a state of province PUNJAB India. Israr Ali consider to be the oldest test cricketer of Pakistan.Israr Ali Started his career with test debut against India in October 1952.He could not continue his cricket career due to his clashes with the captain of that time Mr Abdul hafeez.In his very short career,he played just 4 test matches and 8 innings he scored just 33 runs at the average of 4.71.Israr Ahmed was left arm medium fast bowler and left arm batsman.In his 4 match bowling career,he got 6 wickets in 4 matches and 5 innings and gave 165 runs.
